Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your purchases and use of the www.morssocosmetics.com website and constitute a contract between you and MorssoCosmetics. By making a purchase and using this website, you have agreed to these terms of use. Please ensure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our site.
Please check the “I agree” box under the payment information in the checkout process if you agree to these terms and conditions. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order products from our site.

1. Confirmation

Your order constitutes for us an offer to purchase and pay for a product. All orders are subject to our acceptance, and we will confirm this acceptance by sending you an e-mail confirming that the product has been shipped (“the shipping confirmation”). The contract between us (“Contract”) will only be formed when we send you the shipping confirmation. We recommend that you keep this email to facilitate any future contact with customer service. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as proof of purchase.
The contract will only cover products for which we have confirmed shipment in the shipment confirmation. We will not be obligated to supply any other products that may have been part of your order until the shipment of those products has been confirmed in a separate shipment confirmation.

2. Payment

You can pay with credit or debit cards. Stripe Banking handles all of our banking transactions. MorssoCosmetics does not store any credit card numbers.
Payment by card
Pay with your Visa, AMEX, mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay securely over the internet. Your payment is processed by Stripe with secure encryption and according to strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There are no additional fees for card payments unless the customer’s bank charges the customer a fee. When paying by credit/debit card, the starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after your order has been submitted, MorssoCosmetics may automatically cancel your order.

3. Promotional codes

Promotional codes must be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Any attempt to add a promotional code after purchase will not be honored.

4. Taxes

All prices listed on the MorssoCosmetics website, www.morssocosmetics.com, include VAT, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Please note that if an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for paying these import duties and taxes. It should be noted that MorssoCosmetics has no control over these fees and, as these fees vary by country, MorssoCosmetics cannot predict their amount. MorssoCosmetics recommends that you contact your local customs office for more information.

6. Warranty

We guarantee that all our products are free of manufacturing defects (materials and craftsmanship) for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident, improper use or storage of the product, misuse, neglect or unauthorized modifications.

We will treat all your personal information as confidential and will only use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see Section 2). In addition, we will process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see Section 2). 8. Product

MorssoCosmetics has the right to adjust prices, incur additional charges and change product information such as photos and product offerings without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual appearance of the product. Images may differ depending on the color settings of your computer. All images should be considered as illustrations only and do not guarantee correct appearance and specifications.

9. Delivery & Cancellations

Your order will normally be delivered within 4-6 business days after you place your order. In any case, the order will be executed within 30 days from the date of the shipment confirmation except in exceptional circumstances.
We will send you an e-mail as soon as the order has been shipped.

MorssoCosmetics ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in collaboration with the postal services and their partners. You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting the customer service of MorssoCosmetics or by using the contact form on the MorssoCosmetics within 30 days of receiving the goods, provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the customer is responsible for the risk associated with the transportation of goods returned to MorssoCosmetics.
In cases where you, as the customer, feel that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to execute the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been shipped, the customer is obliged to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with MorssoCosmetics via one of the contact methods on the contact page. If a product has been discontinued, MorssoCosmetics has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid to the customer. MorssoCosmetics will inform the customer of a replacement or equivalent product if available.

10. Conditions of claim

As a customer, it is important that you check your goods/products carefully when you receive your shipment to ensure that the products are undamaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transit, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report it to the carrier as soon as possible. If you receive your item and find that it is damaged or does not match what you ordered, you must also contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.
All complaints should be addressed to our customer service via one of the contact methods on the contact page. Please provide the order number and the reason for the complaint and we will respond as soon as possible. The same goes for returns. Defective products returned to MorssoCosmetics must be treated as if they were free of defects. It is extremely important in all types of returns that the product is packaged in such a way that it will not be damaged in transit. MorssoCosmetics has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund. In the event that a returned product has no errors or defects, MorssoCosmetics will return the product to the customer.

11. Responsibility

The liability of MorssoCosmetics for errors in delivery is limited to the existing terms of sale. MorssoCosmetics assumes no direct or indirect liability, for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, loss of data, extra work or any other economic loss.
We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all purposes for which products of this type are commonly supplied and will remain so for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery.
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of our breach of this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.
This does not exclude or limit our liability in any way:

In the event of death or personal injury caused by our negligence
For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
For any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.

22. Sponsorship Program T&C

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, you may earn “credit” for use on this website by referring one or more new customers to us through our referral system by sharing the referral link and/or referral code we provide to you (the “Referral System”). You can only participate as a “sponsor” in this referral program if you have already placed an order on the website.
A new customer is a natural person who has not yet placed an order with us (a “referrer”). If the referral has an account on the website but has not yet placed an order on the website, he/she is entitled to participate in the referral program via the “referral link” only. If the Referred Friend already has an account on the Website, he/she will not be able to participate in the Referral Program by using a “Referral Code” (whether or not he/she has already placed an order).
