Delivery and return
1. DELIVERY
Once an order is placed at checkout, it normally takes 24 hours for the order to be fulfilled. The dispatch of the order is done within the same period, except on weekends when it will be dispatched on Monday. An order confirmation is sent by e-mail once the order has been placed at checkout with the order summary and the order reference number. A shipping confirmation is emailed once an order is fulfilled and ready to ship, providing tracking details to track shipment transit.
Packages take an average of 3-5 business days to deliver worldwide, but this varies by region. Please note that new EU/UK customs regulations can sometimes delay delivery times for orders destined for the UK and Ireland.
Pre-orders are shipped as soon as they are in stock. The estimated delivery date is written on the respective product pages. Payments for pre-orders can be captured up to 30 days before the ship date. Payments for pre-orders can be captured up to 30 days before the ship date.
MorssoCosmetics ships worldwide. Customers have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods within 14 days of receipt of order by contacting customer service at info@morssocosmetics.com. To return an unwanted order, please refer to the “Returns” section below.
In cases where a customer feels that delivery is being delayed in such a way that fulfillment of an order is no longer desired, it is their responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been shipped, the customer is obliged to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer confirms with MorssoCosmetics through one of the contact methods on the contact page.
If a product has been discontinued, MorssoCosmetics has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid to the customer. MorssoCosmetics will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent product if available.
All orders placed on the official MorssoCosmetics website are fulfilled and distributed from Switzerland.
2. RETURN
Customers have the right to cancel and return an order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in resalable condition. Products that have been opened and/or used are not eligible under the return policy. Unfortunately, the original shipping charges are non-refundable with the return.

Customers in other countries or territories should contact a local courier to return a product; please note that MorssoCosmetics does not cover return shipping and handling charges.
Returned packages are the responsibility of the customer until receipt of the package at the following MorssoCosmetics address:

Although not a requirement, it is recommended that you purchase tracking services and retain proof of postage if the return label is not provided by MorssoCosmetics for personal protection.
Please take into consideration what is sent to MorssoCosmetics as any returned product cannot be credited and will not be sent back to the customer. Only products received by MorssoCosmetics can be credited. If the returned product’s order number cannot be found, a refund cannot be processed.

3. REFUND
Refunds may take up to 10 business days from receipt of the product by MorssoCosmetics before being issued. An email notification will be sent to confirm completion of return processing and order refund.
Once a refund is issued, it usually takes 5 business days for the transaction to reflect back to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be processed on another card. Please note that on some occasions it may take up to 14 working days depending on the method of payment.
If the refund has not been received or there were any complications, please provide the order number and contact a customer service agent at info@morssocosmetics.com.
4. EXCHANGE
At this time, exchanges or store credit are not available from MorssoCosmetics. If you are unhappy with any of the products, please refer to the returns section above.
Did you receive the wrong product?
If the wrong product was delivered, please contact a customer service agent with the order number at info@morssocosmetics.com. Any errors made by MorssoCosmetics will be resolved by sending the correct item as soon as possible, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
5. DAMAGED ITEMS
Products that are broken, damaged or defective and unusable upon receipt may be replaced. Please contact customer service at info@morssocosmetics.com to resolve the issue with proper return and/or exchange instructions.
If possible, please provide photographic evidence of the damage to help minimize such incidents from happening in the future.
6. PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS
Before placing an order, please note the following:
If you are currently using any other hair loss products or…
Have any pre-existing conditions such as extremely sensitive skin, experience severe irritation or redness on your scalp , or…
Have been diagnosed with any form of alopecia.
We encourage you to contact customer service as soon as possible to find out if MorssoCosmetics products are right for you.
For orders that may have already been placed, if it is decided that MorssoCosmetics is not the ideal solution, a refund will be gladly issued for unopened products. In such cases, please provide the order number of the purchase made.
Please note that MorssoCosmetics products are most optimal for users with early onset alopecia.
7. THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS
Refunds, exchanges or store credits for products purchased outside the official MorssoCosmetics websites are not made available by MorssoCosmetics.
Please refer to the authorized retailer from whom the purchase was made to see eligibility for their return and exchange policies.
